Singapore Rice


  • Half a chicken (without bones and cubes)
  • Ginger (Julien) 2 tablespoons
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Carrots 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1 tbsp
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • Cabbage as needed
  • Yellow Tandoori Food Color Click
  • Better Making Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Boiling powder half a teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • (To make spaghetti)
  • Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Half a kilo of rice
  • Salt to taste
  • (mother in law)
  • Mayonnaise quarter cup
  • Cream half a cup
  • A quarter teaspoon of salt
  • A quarter teaspoon of pepper
  • Chopped red pepper 1 teaspoon
  • 2 to 2/2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
  • Yellow Tandoori Food Color Half a teaspoon
  • (Garnish)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Green pepper five Six digits

Synthesis || Singapore Rice

  1. Cut carrots, capsicum, tomatoes, onions, and cabbage into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Peel a squeeze grate it and press the juice.
  4. (Better) Add the crushed pepper, salt, baking powder, flour, and cornflour and mix well. And steep the chicken in this batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pot and fry the chicken in it.
  6. Deep fry the green chilies too. Then fry the garlic and when it turns brown, remove it with the help of a sieve.
  7. Then fry carrots, capsicum, onion, and cabbage and take it out.
  8. Reduce the oil in the pan and mix in the ginger, fried chicken, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and yellow tandoori food coloring. The chicken is ready.
  9. Boil water (for spaghetti) and add salt, oil, and spaghetti.
  10. (Rice) submerse the rice in water for thirty minutes. Boil water properly, adds salt, and boil the rice. When cooked, drain the water.
  11. In a saucepan, mix mayonnaise and cream. Add salt, pepper, chopped red pepper, tomato ketchup, and tandoori food coloring and mix well.
  12. (Assembling) Put the rice in the serving dish, top with spaghetti and a little sauce, then add the vegetables and the rest of the sauce.
  13. Finally, add the fried chicken. Garnish with green chilies and garlic and serve.
