Moghlai Pratha Roll

Pratha making Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Water as needed
- Flour as needed
- For cooking oil
Ingredients:Moghlai Pratha Roll
- Half a cup of fresh coriander
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 4-6 pieces of fresh green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Garlic Mayo Sauce
- Half a cup of cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper half a teaspoon
- Half a tablespoon of lemon juice

In a bowl, add wheat flour, flour, salt, ghee, and cooking oil and mix well.
Now add water little by little, knead a soft dough and keep it on the side for 30 minutes.
Then cut the dough into four equal parts and make pies.
Now roll again and make a paste and keep it on the side for ten minutes.
Then roll again and heat a flat pan, add oil and cook until the paratha is light golden brown.
Make parathas of all the trees in this way.
Recipe for making green sauce:
* Put coriander, mint, green chilies, salt, and garlic in a blender and blend all the ingredients well.
How to make Garlic Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl, add cream, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix well. Garlic mayonnaise is ready.
Assembling:Moghlai Pratha Roll
ready K&N’s Mughlai Tikka according to the direction on the packet.
Now take a paratha and spread green sauce well on it.
Then spread the garlic mayo sauce on it and place the prepared K&N’s Mughlai Tikka on it.
